Grandma and Grandpa P. visited this weekend from New York. Our little family was ready for some help after a challenging week including Daddy spraining his ankle playing basketball (not as young as he used to be) and Aubrey working through a cold and fever. They came in town just in time to help everyone out. We had a great weekend which included mostly playing with Aubrey indoors. Given the record setting temperatures outside this was fine with us. The grandparents were quite impressed with the mobility of their little granddaughter.
In other news, Aubrey's front top teeth are starting to come in causing some serious teething. We are all looking forward to those coming through. Until then we have been keeping plenty of teethers and wet washcloths on hand. This weekend we also introduced Aubrey to grilled cheese. She seemed to enjoy it quite a bit. It is always fun to see what she is going to think of new foods. This Wednesday Uncle Dan comes to town. We are all looking forward to it.
