Unfortunately Aubrey came down with something fierce while in Rochester. Although she did her best to work through it and entertain the family (and trust us she did a good job of it) we could tell that she wasn't feeling very well. On the bright side this provided her Grandma, Grandpa and Uncle Dan with optimal opportunities to snuggle with Aubrey while she slept. As our time in NY progressed Daddy, Grandpa and Grandma also came down with something. The family did their best to make the most of the trip and enjoyed the opportunity to spend time with each other. Looks like playing in the snow will have to wait a little longer.When we returned to Richmond after a LONG travel day (our flight was delayed se
veral hours) Rosa took Aubrey to the doctor and found out she had a cold, was getting over the flu and has an ear infection in her right ear. This was quite shocking to her parents and we were impressed how well Aubrey was able to do despite the circumstances. What a trooper. We've kept her home from daycare the last couple of days and it looks like she is starting to turn the corner. She is on a few different medicines and we hope she'll back back to her normal self in no time.
